My Journey

My path to coaching wasn’t linear. After a mental health crisis following the birth of my first child, I began to question everything—from how I lived and worked to the very systems I had built my career around. That journey deepened when my daughter faced her own challenges, leaving full-time education, and leading me to completely reimagine how we live and thrive as a family.

This Wild Life, my company, emerged as a response to those transformations—a holistic way to help others navigate business and life with greater ease, authenticity, and purpose.
